Refund policy

At Gharriyan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.
  • Items returned without original packaging.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
