Refund policy
At Gharriyan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility for Return:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Used, damaged, or altered items.

Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
